How to get there
From Exeter (M5) take the A30 bypassing Oakhampton, Launceston and Bodmin.
Go to the A30/A39 (Truro) junction - a big roundabout at the top of a hill as you come off a dual carriageway with windmills on the right and a Shell Garage on the left.
Take the A30 towards Redruth until you reach the first Perranporth (towards Goonhavern) turning on the right (B3285) after about 1 mile. Follow your sat nav into the village. Drive up the hill past the Miners Arms on your right. Turn right - the property is the last on the right - about 50 metres up the hill.
