Access is very easy from either Alicante (ALC) or Region de Murcia International (RMU) airport at Corvera. Region de Murcia International opened in January 2019 and replaced Murcia San Javier for passenger flights. From Alicante there are good motorways for the whole journey and if you arrive during the day you will have great views of the hills using the motorway. Travel from Region de Murcia is also easy with motorways and good roads.Alicante is around an hour and a half. Region de Murcia is around 45 minutes.Many budget airlines fly to Alicante from many UK airports e.g. Jet2, EasyJet, Ryanair. Several budget airlines fly to Region de Murcia from several U.K. airports eg Ryanair, EasyJet, Jet2.

There is a good choice of car hire at Alicante with many firms on site and some offsite. Car hire is also available at Region de Murcia.
