There are several ways to reach the historic center of Lisbon from our house, but the most convenient way is by bus. The 753 of the rails career has its station about 100m away and runs regularly from Monday to Friday to Praça José Fontana (25 min *), through the Marques de Pombal (20 min *) and Amoreiras (15 min *). There is also the possibility of making the boat crossing where the pier is a few minutes from home by light rail. Although short, the crossing is very attractive: in just 10 minutes you will be in Cais do Sodre which is part of the historic city center. Lisbon Airport has a metro station (Airport). From the airport you can use the subway to get to Marques do Pombal and then bus 753 to the Mid-South. During the end-of-week the best option would be the boat, as the 753 only works Monday to Friday. * Depending on traffic conditions
