Birds Nest is located in the heart of East Looe and very close to the beach. It's a 10 - 15 minute walk to the train station which connects Looe with the main London to Penzance line at Liskeard. If travelling by car Looe is less than 30 minutes from Plymouth and the Cornish border. For overseas visitors Plymouth has a ferry terminal and the nearest airports are at Exeter, Newquay, Bristol and London. Guests opting to drive should be able to park temporarily at the top of High Chapel Street adjacent to the Church in order to unload and load (around 10- 15 metres away from the cottage). The cottage now has the benefit of an allocated parking space in the Millpool carpark which is a 7- 8 minute walk away (effective for bookings made after 1 March 2018).
