How to get there
If arriving by rail then its a short 5/10 minute walk from the station into the village, as you cross the Thomas Telford Bridge you will see the Bridge Hotel -
we are located directly behind the Bridge Hotel. If arriving by car guests normally park in front of Valhalla on the opposite side of the road.
Getting around
Helmsdale is a small village so if you wish to stay local there is no need for a car. If you wish to explore further afield the village has a train station (Helmsdale) and a regular bus service. Both can take you either north to Wick or south to Inverness taking in all the coastal villages en route. However a car will allow access to all those amazing places off the beaten track that are worth going to.
