From the UK there are regular flights from London (Luton) to Kerry County airport also known as Farranfore or Killarney airport. Car hire is available at the airport. The drive to Valentia will take you approximately 1½ hours. There are also a number of operators flying to Cork airport with a connecting drive of approximately 3 hours. Flights can be booked with Ryan Air via their website.

Another popular option is to travel by sea - approximately 3 hours from Fishguard in Wales to Rosslare in County Wexford or Irish Ferries which sails from Pembroke to Rosslare.
This is an excellent choice if you would like to take in the stunning scenery on the drive through to Kerry.
