How to get there
The nearest airport is Malaga and the motorway link from the airport to Nerja is very very straightforward. Once we have confirmed your reservation and are aware of your own travel arrangements we will send you driving instructions which have been tried and tested by our guests so that you arrive easily at the villa. For example many of our guests drive entering Nerja from the east or west so again we can tailor your driving instructions accordingly. If you are wishing to arrive by taxi then we like and offer to book for you our regular taxi driver team - father and son Miguel or Javier. If seeking car hire we can put you in touch with Pablo a family member employee and this is an excellent service too. We can offer advce frm prevous guests as to the way to travel here by car from your home country
Getting around
Your walk to the beach,the centre of town and the night life is easy- it is all on the flat. We have stated that there is no need to hire a car at this location but the choice is yours. For example to visit Nerja Caves is a real MUST and there is a town train which departs from the Plaza de Espana in the centre of town (with many stops on the way) to and from the Caves which is reasonably priced and ticket includes entry to the caves and the Cave Museum. Frigiliana the mountain villa is also well worth a visit and it is advisable to take the bus from the bus station as car parking is limited. Buses run direct to Malaga from the bus station and this too is a place well worthy of spending time during your stay.
