Apartment has its own street-level entrance.

Parking is available on Wells Street (Triq l-ibjar) and other neighbouring streets. The parking bays in Valletta are color coded in three colors:

- green (for residents only, 24 hours a day),

- blue (for residents only from 7 pm to 8 am / available for visitors from 8 am to 7 pm)

- white (available for everybody, 24 hours a day).

- yellow (do not park on yellow bays as these are reserved).
