How to get there
Travel:
The easiest way to come to Kefalonia is by direct flight to the airport of Argostoli (EFL) 38 km from the villa. If such a flight is not provided from your country, you can take a flight to Athens and then a connect flight to Kefalonia. Otherwise, you can take a car rental in Athens and drive to the ports of Patras or Kyllini. From those ports there are daily ferries to Kefalonia.

This Luxury Stone villa is located at the spiritual heart of Kefalonia, close to the Monastery of St Gerasimos the Patron of the island! The airport is also close 11km / about 17 minutes by car and the center of the island's capital, Argostoli, is at 10km / 15 minutes drive. Having secured a rental car, everything is within little distance, as of course the sea where the closest beach to Karavados is 6km, or else, less than 10 minutes driving. You can even faster find the mall, gas station, supermarket and pharmacy as they are all within 4 km only. On the way back from shopping -and even more close- the imposing castle of St. George, in the nearby lush green hill, is a one of the most beautiful and historical sites of the island.
