Postcode LD37YN - coming from the A40 up station road-

At the T junction turn right-

come through the village of Talybont-on-Usk straight-

Keep on the main road through out the other side 1/3 mile-

Pink House for sale on left, directly after take a left turn( there is a monument)-

Follow the the lane 1/3 mile take first right-

Yellow grit box, stone farm wall-

Up the hill take the middle rd to the top-

Through the stone pillars-

Turn directly right before the barn up onto the yard and Peacock Cottage is through the wooden gate in front.
