The access is made by a single, inclined, narrow road where only one car fits, but with several spaces for the necessary shunts.

It is advisable to rent a car not too big.

Here the indications to get to the House:

On roundabout of Calheta, please exit on first (There is a fuel pump SERRAO).

You will see a sign "Igreja do Atouguia, Relíquias de João Paulo II" (its a church).

Then follow that signs untill you see the Church (however there is a crossing that has no sign, please continue to climbe up - Rua General José Vicente Freitas).

After you pass the church, please go straight (around 2km) untill you see a sign on your left "Central da Calheta".

Enter there, and turn first right - Caminho Lombo do Atouguia (Road without exit) and go up there to Nº405 left side.
