How to get there

Leave the airport direction to IC19/Sintra/EIXO Norte-Sul; travel about 24 km on road IC19 until you get roundpoint in Sintra; take first right and after the gas station turn left and then right, direction S Pedro; after traffic lights take right side in front of restaurante D Fernandoand go straight; after getting around the garden (Jardim da Vigia) enter a 2 stone wall road and you have the gate at your left (Quinta do Arrabalde 26); passing the gate, take first left on the sign “Casa do Lado Tourism with Character”

Getting around
In center village the best way is to walk around, but a car is recommended to get around the Serra, several beaches, Cabo da Roca and Mafra. A nice experience is to take the tram from the village to Praia das Maças.
