How to get there
CAR: By car, the house is 10 minutes away from the airport Luis Munoz Rivera. The taxi ride to/from the airport costs US$15 to US$20. Uber works very well and is very reasonably priced (US$7 to the airport).
BUS: Bus T53 stops by the beach, a short walk from the house, and goes to the airport. Buses do come, though schedules can be unreliable.

Getting around
WALKING: the house is within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and local shops, all within 10-15 minutes walk. BICYCLES: the area is great to bike around (convenient bike rental services can deliver and pick bicycles from the house). The bike route which goes through Condado and goes all the way to old San Juan start steps from the house, by Barbosa park’s entrance. CAR: It is easy to get around by car, taxi or uber services. The house is 15 minutes away from Old San Juan and 10 min from the airport. Uber works very well. BUS: Bus T53 stops by the beach, and goes to Condado and old san Juan. T5 bus takes you through the Santurce Arts District, Plaza del Mercado "la placita", Old San Juan.
