Getting around
There is a minibus 'dolmus' service 400 m from the villas that leaves and returns each 60 minutes between 8 am and 9 pm; the six kilometres (about four miles) journey into town takes just a few minutes and is downhill if you'd rather walk. The dolmus costs around half-a-Euro one-way. A taxi costs around EUR 10 - 13 one-way, depending in which part of Marmaris you are going. The drivers can be reached by mobile phone texting.
