The recommended route from the airport is as follows: Take the GC-1 motorway towards Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. After the motorway exit "Valle de Jinamar" keep left. Take the GC-3 highway in the direction of Las Palmas-Tamaraceite. Continue on the highway until Arucas, continue through Firgas, Valleseco (GC21) and Artenara.
