How to get there
Car:
You can park for free at the beginning of Via Maturanzio, just outside the town walls. Then it is just 5 minutes walking to the house.
Couch:
The SULGA couch service departs from Roma Fiumicino Airport at the bus terminal, near Terminal 3 - International Arrivals. Weekdays: 14:30, 17:00. Sundays and Feasts: 16:30.
Then it is just 10 minutes walking to the house.
Train:
From the main station of Perugia or the main bus station are buses departing to Deruta (Piazza Partigiani), Line E012. All weekdays and Saturdays till 19:30. From the bus stop in Deruta (Banca UniCredit) it is just 10 minutes walking to the house.All days is a train service maintained from Perugia Ponte san Giovanni train station to Fanciullata, then a 20 minutes walk to my house.

Getting around
The landscape around the Tiber river is ideal for biking and the hills invite you to make unforgettable walking trips. E-Bike rental and excursions are possible upon request. I have normal bicycles available for free. Woods and fields are reachable by foot, where you can enjoy wonderful sunsets and landscapes. You can discover Umbria by car, bus and train. Deruta itself offers enough to stay relaxed at home for several days. You can relax on the private courtyard, visit the two museums and many ceramics workshops.
