Motorway A14 (from the north towards Ancona, from the south towards Bologna) exit Fano. Exit follow direction Fano center. At the roundabout take the third right direction Rosciano. Continue straight ahead at the second roundabout. At his left is the Coop supermarket. Arriving at the third roundabout turn left on Via Roma in the direction Rosciano. After 500 meters you see the fourth roundabout; go straight on National Road Flaminia for further 800 meters and when you see the right one capital (and veterinary clinic), turn right in via Monfalcone. At 200 meters on the left you will find a green gate and the driveway to the Villa entrance.
