There are 3 ferries that transport cars and passengers to Saltspring Island, one from Tsawassen (south Vancouver), one from Swartz Bay (north Victoria) and the other from Crofton (port for Duncan). The information that your hosts will send a couple of weeks before your booking will have driving directions from all three ferry terminals. There is also air transport (via float planes) from downtown Vancouver, Vancouver airport, Victoria and Nanaimo, but please note that Sunset Solace cottage is in the country at least 20 minutes drive from the town of Ganges, so a car is recommended.
