How to get there

Gravina is accessible by car via the A14 (Bologna Taranto) or E842 (Napoli-Canosa) exit at Modugno and continue on State Road 96; by public transport Appulo Lucane Railways that make the last stop in Bari and Potenza and two lines (Marozzi and Marino) that connect daily to major cities such as Turin, Milan and Rome. The nearest airport is Karol Wojtyla of Bari-Palese, well connected with the city of Bari as a service of trains and shuttles.

Getting around

An old festival (Fiera di San Giorgio) testifies that the city has always been the center of trade routes and cattle tracks.
