The air-conditioned apartment consists of a wide living room with a fireplace, one master bedroom, one walk-in closet, two bathrooms, one kitchen, one large terrace and two balconies and upper small bedroom. Equipped with WiFi, safe, alarm system, fridge, stove, dishwasher, hairdryer, double bed and two sofa beds. On the floor below, accessible by road, the unit is equipped with a laundry with washing machine, sink and toilet with washbasin, wc and bidet.
