How to get there
LOCATION
BY CAR
Little Common is little more than 60 miles (100km) from London. The major route is the A21 which is linked to the M25, providing the main route around London. Little Common can also be approached from the West via the A23, A27 and A259.
BY TRAIN
Please note the staion name is Cooden Beach
Trains run from London Victoria (or Charing Cross via St Leonards), and the journey takes about 120 minutes. The coastal service is served by the hourly service from Ashford. Frequent trains run between Brighton and Bexhill

Getting around
Dippy cottage is a ten minute stroll from Cooden Beach Rail station with links to Brighton, Hastings and London. The Beach and Village are also within 5 - 10 min walk, there are a selection of pubs and restaurants in the village as well as a good Deli, butchers and fish shop and even a Tesco Express.
