Getting around
There is a steep hill from the apartment to the beach (150m) and from the beach you can walk/cycle to Bournemouth/Boscombe to the east or Sandbanks/Poole to the west. The seafront is paved and flat for 8 miles. A regular bus service is available from the beach to Westbourne Village with its extensive range of shops, bars & restaurants. Westbourne is a 20-30 min walk. Bournemouth is a 20-30 min walk along the seafront & in high season there is a land train runs regularly from Alum Chine beach to Bournemouth Pier.
