If already in Butuan City, you can ride a tricycle going to Pines Mansion II Subdivision which is located at the back of Immaculate Conception Parish (ICP) or it's the first right after passing ICP in your right and then turn again on your first right for Pines Mansion II. If you're alone, some tricycle drivers will ask you to pay double.

If coming from Gaisano Mall, you can go towards the Grocery of the Mall and go outside and walk further on where you can find almost at the end of the road the terminal for yellow tricycles who are servicing almost all Subdivisions in Villakananga.

If from Butuan airport, JEEPNEYS (or called multicabs) are always available to Butuan City wherein the drivers will just be informed to drop you off in Gaisano Mall where you will find tricycles to bring you to Pines Mansion II Subdivision (1st right after Immaculate Conception Parish or ICP) then first right again; yellow tricycles are the ones servicing our area but their station is further on after Gaisano Mall's grocery. Hi-Ace Vans are also available from the airport but a bit costly at around Php 200 - Php 250.

A parking area is available although it is safe to park in the Subdivisions roads.
