How to get there
Rabat is in the heart of Malta about 12 km from Malta's international airport and 15 km from Valletta the capital of Malta.
At the airport you can rent a car and reach Rabat in 20 minutes. From the airport there are also buses to Rabat and there is a bus stop not far from the villa.
Getting around
If you visit Rabat and Mdina, you should go on foot and enjoy the atmoshere. If you want to go to Dingli and Buskett Gardens for a walk and a picnic, you can use the direct buses from Rabat. There are direct buses from Rabat to the most cities, all of them go to Valletta where the main bus terminal is situated. If you want to go to the seaside and enjoy beach life, you can also take buses. By car it takes 18 minutes ( 11 km) to Golden Bay Beach, a big beautiful sandy beach. The other big sandy beach in Ghadira Bay Mellieha is a 27 min car ride ( 17 km) away. There are smaller beaches like Gnejna Bay Beach 10 km from Rabat.
