From London: M25 exit junction 5 onto the A21 south signposted Hastings. Stay on A21 for just over 28 miles and at Flimwell turn LEFT onto the A268 and go through Hawkhurst, Sandhurst and Newenden. Enter East Sussex at the narrow bridge with traffic lights and then fork LEFT on the A268 after quarter of a mile - You will eventually reach a mini roundabout at Four Oaks - take the 2nd exit onto B2088 for Beckley. Then take the 2nd LEFT into King's Bank Lane. Continue straight on for approximately 1 mile onto Furnace Lane and through the woods. Escheatlands Farm is on the LEFT past the woods. Turn into the unmade driveway and fork RIGHT to the barns
