You can easily reach our villa by taking a train from the Fiumicino airport till Poggio Mirteto (there are trains every 30 min and it will take you 1h40 min to reach Poggio Mirteto), then taking a bus till San Valentino (final stop). Otherwise there are direct trains from Rome, Tiburtina station (every 30 min, and it will take you around 50 min to reach Poggio Mirteto, the cost is 3 euros). We also organize transfers as from the airports as from the station of Poggio Mirteto.
