Central of Seminyak to Villa is about 7 minutes drive.
Villa to the beaches is about 10 minutes drive.

The roads you better use: Sunset Road - Jalan Raya Kerobokan or Jalan Mertanadi (much faster if there is no traffic jam) - Jalan Tangkuban Perahu (LP Kerobokan) - Jalan Pengubengan Kauh.
