Frigiliana is approximately 70km / 45 mins drive from Malaga airport, the nearest airport to the town.
A local and reliable taxi can be recommended if you need a transfer and there are many good value car hire options at the airport.
Malaga airport also has a bus service (via Malaga city) that operates to the area.

Getting around
No car is required as the village is right on the doorstep of the apartment. However a car is advised if you wish to explore the beautiful region of Andalusia and visit other marvelous cities such as Malaga (45 mins drive), Granada (70 mins drive) or Sevilla (2-hour drive). The nearest beach is in the larger town of Nerja, approximately 6 km away, which can be accessed easily by car, taxi (€12) or a local bus which runs several times per day (€1.20 per person each way).
