How to get there
Road or rail there is a station 0.5 km away. The roads to Cornwall are much improved on the saturday before Easter it only took five and a half hours having left just north of London at 6:15. The secret is to leave early on peak Saturdays and only have brief stops. We travel on the M4 to Bristol, M5 to Exeter and then A30 and A39 to Truro.

Getting around
As the house is so close to Falmouth town and Gylly beach you can spend your holiday just walking to different parts of Falmouth. There are also lovely boat trips to St Mawes, Helford River and Truro these all go from Falmouth. The train station is also in close proximity the train take approximately 20 minutes to Truro. There are also buses that go to local beaches such as Maenporth and to Trebah gardens.
