How to get there
The best ways to reach our apartment:
-Car Hire, even though a car is absolutely not necessary for Caleta, if you do decide to hire one there are always a number of street-side parking spots as well of a few free car parks
- Taxi, a taxi from the airport will take around 15 min and should cost between 12€-16€
- Bus, the best option, if you decide to take a bus, is to take Bus Route number 3. It costs roughly 1.75€ per person and runs regularly (every 30 min) from Puerto del Rosario (the capital) passing through the airport on the way to Las Salinas (the salt plains) passing through Caleta de Fuste. You will want to get off at the main Caleta Bus Station, you will recognise it by its enormous tentlike shape. From here it is a 3 min walk to the apartment

Getting around
For getting around there are primarily 3 forms of transportation, The buses are regular, reliable, and cheap, the main bus station for Caleta is just across the street from the apartment. This is a great option if you wish to stay primarily around the area of Caleta de Fuste, though if you wish to visit the more remote points of the Island a hire car is the way to go. There is a taxi rank close by and there are always taxis available. Car hire is always available both at the airport as well as at Caleta, known brands such as Orlando, Hertz, and Local Canarian Rent a Car "Cicar", as well as many other independent car-hire businesses. Hire Cars are a fantastic way to visit the less accessible places of the island, but not essential.
