How to get there
We are accessible by car and have parking for up to 7 vehicles with further space on the lay by on the road. We are 10 minutes from the M6 (Junction 37) or easily reached from the A66 via Kirkby Stephen. The nearest train station is Oxenholme, near Kendal. Oxenholme is a 20 minute drive and we recommend you book a taxi if needed. Bike storage available here also. We are on the main A683 diagonally opposite the church of St Mark. Do not turn up any farm tracks, or rely only on SatNav. Please ensure everyone in the group has these directions. You can see us from the road.

Getting around
The quickest way to get to towns and the Lake District is by car. For walking, the fells are right on our doorstep and we can advise on routes straight from the front door into the hills, or down to Sedbergh. There are also numerous cycle routes through the Yorkshire Dales, including some used by the Tour of Britain, or the Tour of Yorkshire.
