Getting around
The Tazekka National Park is one of the great parks in Morocco. It was created in 1950 in order to protect the many natural resources that could be found at Jbel Tazekka. The park proved to be a successful venture and today it covers an area of approximately 12,800 hectares of land. The cascades of Ras-El-Ma : they are abundant from November to May. You can admire its flow among cedar trees, cherry trees and olive trees. The cave of Friouta is one of the most important cave in the region. Speleologists and adventurers from around the world can admire its many rooms, where stalactites and stalagmites can be seen.
