- Take A595 passed Broughton in Furness

- Turn right onto Smithy Lane, just before Duddon Bridge traffic lights.

- Follow Smithy lane, then Sella Brow for approximately 3.0 miles into Ulpha.

- Cross the bridge and follow road to post office.

- Continue passed Post office for 0.8 miles, the house is last property on the right as you leave the village.

- As you pass the house you will be greeted by a stunning view of the Duddon valley in front of you.

- Drive entrance is just passed the cottage but is a tight turn, so advisable to turn round passed house and enter from other direction.
