Florianopolis is known as Magic Island, the capital of Santa Catarina and attracts Brazilian and foreign tourists from various parts of the world to contemplate the exuberance of its 42 beaches, and historical and monumental sights that are part of its beauty. In the center is concentrated most of the infrastructure and is not natural sights of the city of Florianopolis. The Public Market built in 1898 is one of the main sights, in addition to parks, museums and theaters that tell the history of the island. The Hercílio Luz Bridge, built in 1926 to make the connection between the island and the mainland, is the postcard of the city.
