If traveling from far away, you can arrive at any number of airports from San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, or Los Angeles. The closest airport however is Fresno which is only about a 45 minute drive from the Hideaway.

There is a YARTS service from Merced and Fresno into Yosemite. However you will need a car to get around town.

You will need directions to our house. GPS will get you to the start of Black Ranch Road, then it just doesn’t know where to take you. The good news is the house is only about 3/4 of a mile more. So once you are on Black Ranch (It will be the first dirt road off of 423; there is a large mail box bank on the very right hand side corner) keep coming down the road. There will be a fork, stay to your right.

You will pass some homes but there is a point where there will be no more buildings. Keep coming. You will reach a wooden fence on the right that has a "China Creek Ranch" entrance sign. Drive past that. There will be a "No turn around" sign soon after. Keep coming. If in doubt always stay to the right. You will pass a dark building and the road slopes down some. Now you will see the house. If it is after dark, we will have all the outside lights on. You will reach a big rock with the address, turn right there.
