If you arrive in Lossiemouth on the B9103 then after about 150 metres you will come to the junction of the A941, stop here then turn right and follow the directions as below.

If you arrive in Lossiemouth directly from Elgin on the A941 road, follow the main road and after about 500 metres you will see a sign pointing towards Harbour and Esplanade follow the road as it curves round to the right. (do not go up the hill). Proceed down Clifton Road then after about 500 metres on your right side you will pass the river and the beach. Keep following the road as it curves round to the left and straight on passed the War memorial on your left hand side and up the slope. Keep straight on, pass the Steamboat Inn on your left (do not take a left onto the B9135) then take the next left, which is Commerce Street. Go straight up Commerce Street until you see Firthview, which is number 82, the last house on your right side. It’s not the shortest way to get there but I think it’s the easiest to explain
