Directions

You will need to arrive on the Shetland Islands via ferry from Aberdeen or by air from mainland UK or Norway. The choice is yours. Once you arrive on Shetland you will need to travel to Unst by road and ferry travelling across Yell and crossing to Unst. Give us a call if you need help in planning your journey to the fascinating island of Unst.

To reach the property drive to Haroldswick at the north end of Unst. As you drive over the hill with Haroldswick Bay on your right hand side you will see Bordanoost directly infront of you. Take the first turning to the village and follow the road along the shore; ‘Bordanoost’ is the first house on the left, with access off the road signposted for the Heritage Centre.
