How to get there
Calgary Airport has many shuttles to the downtown area which are cheaper than taxis. I recommend Allied Airport Shuttle, Reservations are required with them and your Drop Off location would be Fairfield Inn on 12th Ave SW/1st ST
This is just on the corner of the Memorial Park and just a 4 min walk to my condo across the park.

Getting around
No need for a car! Walk everywhere within 2-10 min walk!! Also C-Train is just a 5 min walk away. Local Bus transit is just on 4th Street, 100m. Zip Car or Car2Go on various streets easy to use with your own membership. Greyhound is not far, 1km away on 9th Ave SW. Calgary Airport is 19km, about 25min drive, if it's rush hour it might take longer maybe 35-45min. There are many shuttle companies which are cheaper than taxis.
