How to get there
You first fly into Providenciales, airport code PLS, then take a small airline to Grand Turk. The flight takes about 30 minutes and costs about $80 per person, round trip. There are 2 airlines which fly to Grand Turk, either InterCaribbean Air or Caicos Express. Once on Grand Turk we are about a 5 minutes taxi ride from the airport.
Getting around
We are about a 10 minute walk to historic Duke St. where there are 4 or so restaurants. Town is about a 5 minute walk further. There are a couple small grocery stores just around the corner and a few more a bit further out. There are bikes with baskets to help with groceries. There are taxis on the island which charge $7 per person, per trip. There are also car rentals or golf cart rentals if you are interested for approximately $350 per week.
