How to get there
We're only 20 minutes by car from the end of the M50, and 30 minutes from Hereford.
The nearest train stations are Newport and Ledbury (both about 40 minutes away). Buses between Hereford & Monmouth stop at the bottom of the hill in Welsh Newton, about a mile away.

Getting around
A car is essential for most people, but some visitors choose to book a vehicle with a driver for the duration of their stay. If you would like to do this please let us know and we will put you in touch with an excellent local company for both normal car hire and car-with-driver hire. There are lots of nice walks around the Common, but the nearest shops for all but very basic supplies are a 10-minute drive away in Monmouth.
