Getting Here By Car
Our post code is NE69 7AJ.
We are just over one mile from Bamburgh. Drive out of Bamburgh keeping the church on your right and the Grace Darling Museum on your left. Up the long hill and about 400m down the other side where the road starts to flatten turn left into the driveway which is marked with two luminescent stripes round a tree on the left.
From Waren Mill drive towards Bamburgh for about a mile, go past the crossroads with some barn conversions on the right. 100 yards later turn right at the two striped luminescent strips round the tree on the right.
Please note satnav sometimes locates to the Budle Sands barn conversions near us. We are approximately 100m along the main road towards Bamburgh from these conversions, on the right. Look out for the reflective strips round a tree by the driveway entrance.

Getting around
Bamburgh village is a 1 mile drive from the Lodge, it can be walked to via the road or on the beach. Here you will find a beautiful castle, miles of sandy beaches, the Grace Darling museum and several cafes and restaurants. Bamburgh can also be reached via bus (X18). Five minutes drive from Bamburgh is the seaside village of Seahouses, here you can take a trip to the Farne Islands and spot seals and puffins, or simply sit at the harbour and enjoy some fish and chips. Holy Island is approximately a 25 minute drive away from the Lodge, where there is a wonderfully historic castle and priory. Please be mindful of tide crossing times!
