How to get there
Normally the drive from the Norman Manley International Airport (NMIA) is approximately thirty (30) minutes. Sometimes visitors are met by the host, taken to our resort and on completion of their vacation, they are transported back to the airport, at a small cost. With advances in technology (GPS), our
property can be accessed quite easily with the use of a smart phone. In the unusual case where there is a technical glitch, using this technology, the hosts will provide precise info via telephone, directing visitors to the location.
Getting around
El Cielo is located approximately 3 kilometres from Portmore's main shopping district. Regular taxis are readily available as well as scheduled public transportation which traverse Kingston's uptown/downtown area via the Portmore Town Centre. Based on affordability, it is recommended that, visitors treat themselves to rented vehicles. It is cheaper and economically feasible to be in possession of one's own motor vehicle.
