I suggest you get a taxi right out of the airport of an authorized company: Aeropuerto, Aeropuerto 78 and Rafael Pabón. There are other taxi companies private and not authorized by the airport. Before getting on the taxi I suggest you agree a price with the driver. Do not get a taxi with copilot, tinted glass or without license plate. The cost of the taxi should be around 80 Bs = $ 10.7

It takes 35-40 minutes to get to the apartment without traffic jam.

From the bus terminal: I suggest you get a taxi in the bus terminal. Try to find a radio taxi company: with an individual name (for example Magnífico, Pulpos, etc.) and with a number in the right back door. Do not get a taxi with copilot, tinted glass or without license plate. In the information stand of the bus terminal they will gladly help you out on this matter. Before getting on the taxi I suggest you agree a price with the driver which should be around 20 Bs = $2,90. It takes 15 minutes to get to the apartment without traffic jam.
