Follow the A389 to Padstow, turn right into New Street (B3276) drive down School Hill into Padstow. The road continues onto Station Road, past the Harbour Hotel on the left, turn left at the bottom of the hill on the sharp hair pin bend, continue past Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant on the left until you see the harbour directly in front of you. Continue driving completely around the harbour keeping the harbour/sea immediately to your right until you come to the Ferry point to your right and the Water’s Edge flats in front of you. The Old Boatyard is accessed through the wrought iron gates of Water’s Edge flats, drive straight ahead and into our private car park.

There is one parking space. There are two Visitors’ parking spaces for daytime use only. If you require an extra space we will do our best to secure this.
