How to get there
Oplenk is a vinehill located between Mirna and Šentrupert, on the altitude of around 475m over the sea level. It's situated about 14 km from Trebnje (highway A1 Ljubljana – Zagreb) and about 60 km from the Slovenian capital Ljubljana.
The chalet is located on a ridge of the hill with the views on both sides of the hill. A very scenery road leads from the Mirna valley to the chalet, passing some rural hamlets, forests and of course vineyards. The adress: Ravnik 44a.
Concerning the public transportation it's about 6 km to reach the nearest bus and train stop. The nearest airport is Ljubljana airport (about 80 km from the cottage). Nevertheless, the transportation should not be the obstacle in any way. We invite the guests coming by plane in to Slovenia and the host will care for the whole transportation during the guest stay in our cottage. On demand the host will provide even a rental car.

Getting around
In the circle of 25 km you can find the natural hot springs Šmarješke toplice that provide excellent offer of wellness treatments, and Sevnica, the birth-town of american first lady Melania Trump. And of course many other sights that worth to be seen. And finally – the whole Slovenia is achievable in one day trip without any pressure of time. The host organizes such trips on demand, also cares for the transportation and all the arrangements at the destination. Imagine one day hiking the Alps, one day swiming in the slovenian sea, one day visiting Postojna cave or Bled etc. – infinite possibilities, and beside all this you can still enyoj the morning sunrises and the evening sunsets sitting on the balcony and tasting the local delicacies.
