How to get there
1 hour from Dalaman Airport to (Yesil)Uzumlu - there is a toll tunnel which saves 10 minutes - cost is about 3 pounds sterling - you will need to pay in Turkish currency. Everything is on Google Maps!!

Getting around
A Dolmush to Fethiye is available running at least once an hour. even if you have a car hired you should try it once. From Fethiye there are Dolmush available to the entire area. Above the village lies the ancient Kadianda settlement with ancient Lycian/Roman/Greek remains - a must visit. 20 minutes away is the well know Calis beach - and an excellent waterpark. Fethiye is a little less than 30 minutes away and has every attraction including its large harbour where day trips and longer are available from many suppliers.Another 15 minutes gets you to the world famous Oludeniz resort - another must visit. A little over an hour away is the amazing Saklikent Gorge where you can spend an entire blissful day - but not for the mobility challenged
