How to get there
You can reach Lefkada island by plane to PVK / Aktion - Preveza airport, by boat to Igoumenitsa port or by driving from Athens.
Getting around
Since 1930, it is the second most important port of the island, after the port of Lefkada. There are ferries to Ithaca and Kefallinia, or small boats to Agiofyli beach. Agiofyli is a small beach, but one of the most beautiful on the island. It gets very grouted, especially in August, because it doesn't get wavy often.
