How to get there
There is an airstrip for light aircraft access from Johannesburg via Limpopo Valley Airport. The lodge has its own Toyota Quantum and road transfers to and from Gaborone airport to the lodge can be arranged for an additional fee of £1 per km. The Quantum can transfer up to 8 passengers.

Getting around
To get to Saleda Lodge you can fly via air taxi from Johannesburg Lanseria airport, or organise a road transfer from OR Tambo International airport or hire a car and drive yourself. It’s approximately a five and a half hour drive from Johannesburg to Saleda Lodge. If you do hire a car make sure you get the car a ‘passport ‘ from the rental company to drive into Botswana. During the dry season Saleda Lodge is easily accessible by a regular vehicle a 4x4 is not essential.
