A14 Motorway exit Teramo-Giulianova, just a 4km drive from Villa Renzo. Take the SS80 direction Teramo. After approx. 3 km, you arrive in Selva Piana. In Selva Piana take the first left after the train station into the SS 553, direction Notaresco. Follow the road for approx. 1km. You will find Villa Renzo on the left.
