Coming with car, navigate to Krijn Taconiskade 432, 1087, Amsterdam. The jetty with the boats is opposite this address. Parking near the boat is possible but costs 14 euro per day.

Coming from Schiphol airport, the easiest and cheapest way to travel is by train. A trainstation is at the airport, take a train to Amsterdam Central.

From Amsterdam Central Station take tram 26 to IJburg. After about 20 minutes, get off at the last stop "IJburg". It is next to IJburg college.

Cross the street and take the wide stairs to the left of IJburg college. After passing the college continue straight on. You will see the harbour to your left. Another 200 meters will bring you to the jetty with the boats. Look for the ship "Avontuur".

The gate at the jetty will be closed so call the manager to come open it for you. If you don't have a phone with you, let us now on beforehand when you think you will be at the gate and we will meet you then.

It is best to buy a public transport ticket for Amsterdam for 48 or 72 hours. It is very expensive to buy individual tickets. You can get the daytickets at central station in the GVB office (next to the tourist info).
